Toddler Trivia Answer and DD’s 2nd birthday party
Well, in case anyone didn’t already know, the answer to yesterday’s toddler trivia was Cinco de Mayo. Hooray for the SF knitter who got it right!
Well, the last guests just left from our DD’s 2nd birthday party and all the dirty dishes all piled on our table, but I need a minute to chill out and relax, so here I am blogging, lol. It was an amazingly gorgeous day, sunny skies, nice breeze (although it was a little cold out of the sun), good food and great family and friends. DD enjoyed playing with her cousins and friends and seeing her grandparents and aunts and uncles. She even let us put a crown on her and she posed it up for the camera. She passed out as soon as my parents left the house and is napping as we speak. It is remarkable how time flies–to think last year this time she couldn’t even walk…now all the things she can do and say and everything she knows about in the world. She is a miracle, and I thank God for her every day. If I could just slow down time a bit, I think that would make me even happier, thinking about the day she will leave to go to school can give me a panic attack even now. Sigh….she’s my princess peanut and I love her.
TTFN, I promise the book review in the next post. I haven’t had a chance to read in the past few days, but I plan on finishing the Cold Sassy Tree before starting Life of Pi…

Toddler Trivia Answer and QOTD
Clarabelle’s dog was orange and white polka dots.
Question–this is an easy one–just take a guess guys!
What was the topic of Elmo’s World today?
Toddler Trivia Question of the Day, SP9 and more
OK, here’s your question for the day:
In Micky Mouse Clubhouse, what color was Clarabelle’s dog?
Haven’t been able to knit lately as I am trying to get my Mary Kay business underway. (I hope you guys check out the website, even if you are far away, I can ship products to you and you can get on my preferred mailing list.) Got another SP9 package–which was totally unexpected! This goodie bag was filled with scrapbooking stuff, which is my other passion. Such wonderful items, and I can’t wait to use them. Will post picture in very near future. Thanks, buddy, you were such an awesome first buddy to have–completely spoiled me for the next one
Until tomorrow….
Toddler Trivia Answer
Chico is Handy Manny’s nephew.
Allow me to clarify a few things here–I don’t let my daughter watch all these programs every day. At most she watches one or two episodes a day, sometimes nothing at all (like today). I just didn’t want everyone to think she spent the whole day in front of the tv, lol.
Since we didn’t watch any TV today, I have no question for you. Check back tomorrow to see…..
Toddler Trivia Question of the Day
Toddler Trivia Question of the day:
Who is Chico?
Gung Hay Fat Choy! Happy Chinese New Year!
Hooray for the year of the pig! I am rejoicing our families new start of the year and praying for a peaceful, healthy one. May you and yours have the same.
Toddler trivia answer: George and Gladys. I really shouldn’t have given the answer-noone even took a guess. Next time, I won’t leave an answer until I have some comments and stabs at a guess….
Something new and fun–Toddler Trivia
I thought I would try out something new and fun for my blog. This is for my stay-at-home mommy friends out there with toddlers. Every once in a while, I will post a question related to toddler morning TV, such as Sesame Street, Little Einsteins, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Bear in the Big Blue House and Jack’s Big Music Show (these are the shows I occasionally let DD watch). Just leave me a comment of your answer and let’s see who gets it right. Since I rarely ever get a comment on my blog, I thought this could spur some on. Good luck and the correct answer will be posted the next day.
The question of the day is:
According to Dorothy, what are Elmo’s parent’s names?
Answer to be posted tomorrow–good luck!
